The Role - Paid Media - Digital Marketing Specialist

The role will be approximately 5-10 hours per week with the option to work from home. We can suit the hours to the right person. 

We are specifically looking for an individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities in digital marketing - seeing a product or service and finding all the ways that business can grow.

This is an outcome-focused role so the work can be completed at any time - but you need to be available each day to respond to client enquiries and team communication.

Criteria

If you can answer YES to the following, then we'd love to hear from you:

1. At least 3 years of digital/social media marketing experience or equivalent in campaigns managed.
2. Familiar with big-picture marketing strategies to help grow businesses from all aspects.
3. A wiz with Meta - Facebook Ads & funnels.
4. Comfortable with creating graphics in Canva or Adobe.
5. Experience with account & client management.
6. Passionate about reporting, analytics, and data.
7. Loves learning!

How we work together

We are based on the Sunshine Coast and this role will suit a self-starter who is happy to work from home. You must be committed and consistent with the delivery of your work. 

We will work remotely with regular Zoom calls together with in-person office hours once per week. Remuneration will be based on your experience.
