Paloma, an online candy shop that serves up sassy sweets and gourmet gummies, and delivers them to your door. Their lollies are packed carefully into clear gift cubes, and bundled up in stunning, Instagram-ready packaging that has been especially designed to bring all the joy and delights of a candy store straight to your door.
Goal
Starting out as a side hustle that took off, then was neglected for a while, Bamik Digital were brought on to revive the brand and turn it into a self sustaining business. A side hustle no longer!
The goal was to increase the online conversion rate by 10% through increased brand awareness and customer engagement.
Solution
Our extensive SEO analysis highlighted that some easy wins could be made with SEO. Focusing on the right keywords, internal linking, cleaning up meta tags and descriptions meant that Paloma Candy could rank higher in organic search and drive more shoppers to their site.
A website redesign and changes to their information architecture meant for a cleaner user experience would keep users onsite for longer, thus encouraging more online conversions.
